| Here we used low pressure
sandblasting to remove grime and dirt and renewed roughcasting on the gable end to restore
this four-storey warehouse. In addition to upgrading the print works' image, the owner has
also created a light, open plan office space on the upper floors which enabled him to
attract one of the city's top design companies as tenants.
